1. Processing Time
Generally it takes 3-5 business days for processing after receiving your order. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.Orders will not be processed on Saturday and Sunday.
2. Delivery Time
We do our best to ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
3. Change of Delivery Address
NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
4. Order Tracking
If you have already registered on woqifashion.com, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here with your Order ID and email.
5. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately, we will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
6. Shipping Details
We offer Free Shipping on all orders and No tax. We currently only support shipping to the United States and do not support shipping to other regions.

Customs and Import Duty
Please understand, however, there only be a small number of countries need to pay customs fee, customs duty is out of our control we can't guarantee no tax fee and will not bear any tax fee. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Handling Days: The Handling Day tells you when a package leaves our warehouse.
